She also complained to one of her partner's senior managers to say the victim had sent the images himself, Plymouth Crown Court heard. The judge handed Doyle a month community order with a two-month home curfew. It is one of just a few cases brought under new legislation for so called revenge porn - and one of the very first involving a woman.
