Our training program is designed to introduce students to martial arts in a controlled and safe environment, and to continue to guide their development as martial artists and people under our system over time. Students will learn both self defense and sport jiu-jitsu techniques. In addition, classes will focus on improving physical conditioning and improving flexibility. Sityodtong Muay Thai kickboxing classes are designed to introduce students to striking for Mixed Martial Arts. Students will build a strong foundation by learning the basic strikes and combinations using all eight limbs: hands, legs, elbows, and knee.
